Are the email updates a free service? Yes, email updates are free.
How much does it cost for the text alerts? No cost for team administrators to send the texts. Text message updates to subscribers costs only 50c each. If there is insufficient credit on your phone, you will not receive a text message.

Can I get both the text and email alerts?There are two options: You can opt-in for both text and email alerts. Otherwise, you can choose either text or email updates.
How much does it cost my club?There is no cost to your club.
How up-to-date are the email/text alerts?The updates are the most recent from your sports administrator.
Can I get updated amendments of cancellations throughout the day? Your administrator can only send one text message to your team per day (once in a 24 hour period). This is to prevent abuse of the COD system. You can check the website for suspended updates or listen to cancellations on NewsTalk ZB, Radio Sport or Classic Hits.

If you have opted-in to receive text messages from a team enter your mobile number on the Unsubscribe from text button on the website.
How do I unsubscribe from the email service? Log into the Cancellations on Demand website and click on the Unsubscribe from email button on the website.
Is there a cost for me to unsubscribe? There is no cost to unsubscribe via email. It does cost 50c to unsubscribe using the text service. What number do I text to unsubscribe? Text STOP then a space and your user name to # 2442 Texts cost 50c.
My sport is not listed on the Cancellations on Demand sport list. How do I get it added? Click on Sign Up Now! and fill out you details details (Your name, your email, your sport, region)

What if I have forgotten my user name and password?Fill out the username and password recovery form on the COD Forgotten your Password button. You can choose to either get an email or enter your mobile number and you will get a text message.
